Description

Cold, and you can prove it

Every cooler claims to keep things cold. This one tells you whether it actually did.

A digital display set into the lid reads the temperature inside the case, so you can check it at a glance in the car, at a desk, or on a table in the sun, without unzipping it and letting the cold out.

What's inside

An insulated liner on all sides, a moulded interior that holds two reusable gel packs around the contents rather than against them, and a wipe-clean surface. The outer shell is rigid EVA, so it holds its shape at the bottom of a bag and shrugs off the things that live there.

How long it holds

Longer in a shaded bag than on a sunlit dashboard. That isn't a dodge, it's the whole reason the display exists.

Every cooler on the market quotes you a single number measured in conditions you will never be in. Ours is built so you don't have to take anyone's number on faith. Freeze both packs solid, load it, and read what it is actually doing, where you actually are.

What it fits

The interior takes items up to 17cm, with slots either side for smaller pieces and a spare gel pack. Sized to carry a day's kit as one object rather than four loose ones.

If you want to be certain yours fits before you order, email us the dimensions and we'll measure it against the case and tell you straight. We'd rather say no than sell you a case that doesn't work.

What it isn't

It isn't a fridge. It slows the loss of cold, it doesn't generate it. For multi-day trips, or anywhere you can't rely on refrigeration when you arrive, look at the Everwell Fridge instead. That one is powered, and it holds a set point for as long as it has power.

What's in the box
  • The Everwell Case
  • 2 × reusable gel packs
  • Temperature display, pre-fitted, battery installed

Sized for items up to 17cm plus the small pieces that go with them: spares and a gel pack. If you want to be certain yours fits, email us the make and we'll measure it against the case and tell you straight.

How to use it
  1. Freeze both gel packs for at least 6 hours. Overnight is better.
  2. Seat one pack in the base and one in the lid recess.
  3. Load the case and close the zip fully.
  4. Check the display. It reads the internal temperature.

Don't rest anything directly against a frozen pack. The interior is shaped to prevent this, so use it as designed.

Flying with it

The case has no batteries in the cooling system and nothing that needs charging, so it travels as ordinary carry-on.

Gel packs are generally permitted in cabin baggage when frozen solid, but the rules genuinely differ by country and by airline, and they change. Every aviation authority words it slightly differently, and the final call is always the officer in front of you. Check your airline before you fly.

Carry it in the cabin rather than checked luggage. Hold temperatures aren't controlled.

We don't claim any authority has approved this. No such approval exists for a product like this, and anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.

Battery & display

The display runs on a replaceable button cell, pre-installed. It reads in Celsius.

It's an indicator, not a laboratory instrument, and we'd rather you treated it that way. Put a thermometer you trust in the case alongside it. If the display is obviously wrong, tell us and we'll replace the case. No return needed.

Shipping & returns

Dispatched within one business day, tracked, worldwide. Shipping is a flat rate, and free when you order two or more. Delivery times vary by destination, and your tracking number carries the current estimate.

30 days to return it, unused and in its packaging, for a full refund of the product price. Faulty items are replaced or refunded at your choice.

This sits alongside your statutory consumer rights, which vary by country and which we don't limit.
