Orders are dispatched within one business day.

Delivery

Tracked, door to door, worldwide. A tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned.

Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Checkout shows the estimate for your address before you pay, and your tracking number carries the live one after that — we'd rather show you the real figure than quote an average you can't rely on.

Cost

Free on orders over $99. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout from your destination — you'll see it before you pay.

Prices are shown in your local currency where we support it. Any import duties or taxes charged on arrival are set by your own country and are outside our control — we'll always declare parcels accurately.

Returns

30 days from delivery. Unused, in its original packaging, for a full refund of the product price. Return postage is yours unless the item is faulty.

Faults

If something arrives damaged, or the display doesn't work, email us with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it — your choice — and you won't need to post anything back.
